“Is Sydney Really King? 👑 “
I think some people overlook Sydney for a number of reasons:
1, They think it is too expensive.
2, They think can’t afford to buy in Sydney.
3, A lot of the investing information out there is about regional and more affordable locations.
If you bought in Bankstown in 2020, you could snag a house at $800K, which could now be worth $1.18M (according to SQM).
That’s $380,000 of Growth!
Let that sink in!
So we can’t entirely rule out Sydney?
