Foundation – Getting your financial shit in order.

Accumulation – Build a solid base of high performing assets that have value add potential now or later – 4-8 properties.

Acceleration – Borrowing capacity Maxed out – Time to JV, develop, quick cash deals – Build on the existing portfolio.

Legacy – Leverage into high cashflow Commercial Property.

Simple, but not easy.

This is probably why I like Steve Palise. I have been preparing myself mentally and financially to get to that point, having spent many hours soaking up Steve’s knowledge.

I am prepared to go into the commercial battlefield when needed.
