Show Notes
Having a set of rules to guide your investment decisions is pretty bloody important to your success.
Without a clear Rulebook, it’s all too easy to get caught up in the hype of a “hot deal’ or fall prey to spruiker.
Rules provide structure and discipline to your investment approach.
They aren’t there to get in the way and stamp out your creativity…….(although, maybe that is what is needed at times?)
They help you stay focused on your long-term goals, while also keeping you grounded in reality.
Rules help you navigate the ever-changing market conditions. By having a set of rules to rely on, you’ll be better equipped to handle unexpected events and capitalise on opportunities as they arise.
Rules are the foundation of a successful property investment strategy, there to help you make smart decisions and achieve your long-term goals.
Topics we’ll be talking about include:
- The most impactful “rules” Joe and I focus on when buying property. This one is bound to be juicy, insightful and actionable!
- A brief off the cuff chat about what we’re seeing out there on the ground.
- A live Q & A session – we’ll aim to answer as many as we can.
- Ask us anything, we have a few thing to speak about but there’s guaranteed to be more questions from this I am sure.
